LegendTours — Transparency & Trust
1. Cancellation by Client
At LegendTours, we understand that plans can change. Our refund policy is designed to be fair and transparent:
- Full Refund: Cancellations made at least 24 hours before the scheduled tour or transfer departure time are eligible for a 100% refund.
- No Refund: Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the departure time, or no-shows, are not eligible for a refund.
2. Cancellation by LegendTours
In the rare event that we must cancel a tour due to extreme weather conditions or safety concerns, we will offer you an alternative date or a full refund of the amount paid.
3. Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment method used during booking. Please allow up to 14 business days for the amount to reflect in your bank account, depending on your card issuer and Fawaterak processing times.
